The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or client agreement. The SOW will supersede any general information provided on this website. Innovative Marketing Plus, LLC reserves the right to decline service engagements at its discretion.
Campaign Timelines and Deliverables
Project timelines, deliverable schedules, and campaign launch dates will be established in the applicable SOW and are subject to timely receipt of required materials, approvals, and information from the client. Innovative Marketing Plus, LLC shall not be held liable for delays resulting from incomplete or late provision of assets, access credentials, or approvals by the client. Deliverable terms, including ownership, usage rights, and revision allowances, will be specified in the SOW. Any scope changes requested outside the original agreement may result in revised timelines and additional fees.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Fees for our services are due as specified in the client agreement or SOW. Services may be billed on a recurring monthly retainer, project basis, or other agreed-upon structure. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stipulated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or late payment beyond agreed grace periods. All payments are non-refundable once a service period has commenced. In the case of project-based work, milestone payments become non-refundable upon delivery of the corresponding milestone deliverables.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide Innovative Marketing Plus, LLC with accurate business information, timely feedback, necessary access to platforms and accounts, and all creative assets or approvals required to execute agreed services. The client warrants that all materials provided to Innovative Marketing Plus, LLC do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws, or contain misleading claims. The client accepts full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of content provided for use in marketing campaigns.
Intellectual Property
The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Innovative Marketing Plus, LLC and its licensors. You retain ownership of all pre-existing materials you provide to us. Any new creative work, strategies, or content developed by us during the engagement will be owned by you upon full and final payment for the relevant services.
Advertising Platform Limitations
In using the Services, you may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Mailchimp). Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and conditions. Innovative Marketing Plus, LLC is not responsible or liable for the actions, policies, performance, or suspension of accounts by third-party services. Account suspensions, policy violations flagged by platforms, or changes to platform capabilities that affect campaign delivery are outside our control and do not entitle the client to a refund of management fees.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared in the course of the engagement. Innovative Marketing Plus, LLC will not disclose client campaign strategies, data, or business information to third parties except as necessary for service delivery or as required by law. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

Innovative Marketing Plus, LLC assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as outlined in the SOW. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any material breach of these Terms. All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Innovative Marketing Plus, LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be error-free, that results will be guaranteed, or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in courts located in or serving Warrensburg, Missouri.
Changes
Innovative Marketing Plus, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
